Les week-ends peuvent \u00eatre charg\u00e9s sur les plages, dans les restaurants et sur les routes, alors pourquoi ne pas profiter des moments plus calmes et venir faire une pause en semaine ? D\u00e9tendez-vous dans un cadre paisible, d\u00e9couvrez des sites incontournables mais sans toutes les foules.<\/p>\n
Voici un itin\u00e9raire que vous pourriez suivre :<\/p>\n

Peut-\u00eatre que vous avez fait un long voyage pour arriver ici et que vous ne pouvez pas passer beaucoup de temps dans la voiture – alors pourquoi ne pas passer une journ\u00e9e de d\u00e9tente et rester local ?<\/p>\n
Nous vous pr\u00e9parerons un d\u00e9licieux pique-nique et vous vous dirigerez vers le village voisin de Bize-Minervois – c’est \u00e0 seulement 5 minutes en voiture ou un v\u00e9lo relaxant \u00e0 travers les for\u00eats de pins et les vignobles. Vous pouvez vous installer au bord de la rivi\u00e8re Cesse, manger votre pique-nique, vous baigner dans l’eau rafra\u00eechissante puis vous promener dans le joli village pittoresque.<\/p>\n
Il y a aussi une coop\u00e9rative d’huile d’olive ici si vous avez envie d’une visite pour d\u00e9couvrir comment l’huile d’olive est fabriqu\u00e9e. Et ne manquez pas le Ch\u00e2teau Cabezac pour une d\u00e9gustation de vin. Alors pourquoi ne pas d\u00eener au bord de l’impressionnant Canal du Midi \u00e0 la superbe Auberge de la Croisade juste au bord de la route<\/p>\n

Le mardi est jour de march\u00e9 \u00e0 Olonzac. Et c’est l’un de nos march\u00e9s locaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Il y a une large gamme de nourriture et de v\u00eatements et de produits artisanaux. Et il traverse le centre d’Olonzac, c’est donc aussi un endroit id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9jeuner. Il y a un certain nombre de petits restaurants et bistrots parmi lesquels choisir sur la rue principale.<\/p>\n
Non loin d’Olonzac, se trouve le Minervois homonyme de Minerve. C’est un magnifique village perch\u00e9, perch\u00e9 sur le flanc des incroyables Gorges du Brian. Il est class\u00e9 parmi les \u00ab plus beaux villages de France \u00bb. Minerve a beaucoup d’histoire tragique, que vous pouvez d\u00e9couvrir dans son mus\u00e9e. Et si vous avez chaud apr\u00e8s toute la journ\u00e9e sur vos jambes, vous pouvez \u00e9galement vous baigner dans la rivi\u00e8re ici – et avec cette vue, ce sera un plongeon que vous n’oublierez probablement pas !<\/p>\n
Vous pouvez maintenant retourner \u00e0 La Calade pour un verre du vin que vous avez achet\u00e9 hier et un barbecue avec tous vos goodies du march\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Vous \u00eates ici depuis quelques jours et vous n’avez pas encore vu la mer M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e\u00a0? Pourquoi ne pas vous rendre \u00e0 Gruissan ? Juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Narbonne se trouve le magnifique village de p\u00eacheurs de Gruissan et la plage voisine des Chalets – rendue c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans le film 37\u00b02 Le Matin.<\/p>\n
Passez la matin\u00e9e \u00e0 fl\u00e2ner dans le village et \u00e0 visiter les magnifiques salines roses. Rendez-vous ensuite au Restaurant Les Chalets pour un d\u00e9jeuner de poisson l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fusionn\u00e9 et un bon verre de ros\u00e9, puis profitez du soleil sur la plage pour le reste de la journ\u00e9e ! Il y a un certain nombre de caf\u00e9s et de bars de plage pour plus de rafra\u00eechissement si besoin !<\/p>\n

Que diriez-vous d’une journ\u00e9e en ville ? L’ancienne ville de B\u00e9ziers, souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, poss\u00e8de de nombreuses caract\u00e9ristiques merveilleuses et le centre-ville r\u00e9cemment raviv\u00e9 et r\u00e9nov\u00e9 donne l’impression d’\u00eatre dans les meilleurs quartiers de Paris, en particulier l’All\u00e9e Paul Riquet bord\u00e9e de caf\u00e9s. Pourquoi ne pas commencer votre journ\u00e9e avec un caf\u00e9 ici tout en regardant le monde passer.<\/p>\n
Ensuite, dirigez-vous dans les rues pav\u00e9es, parcourez les boutiques jusqu’\u00e0 la cath\u00e9drale Saint-Nazaire – un monument majestueux avec une vue panoramique sur la rivi\u00e8re Orb, ses ponts et ses vignobles sur des kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n
Ensuite, d\u00e9jeuner au bord du canal \u00e0 La Raffinerie o\u00f9 il n’y a qu’une petite promenade pour voir les magnifiques \u00e9cluses \u00e0 9 escaliers – les Ecluses de Fons\u00e9ranes, une incroyable prouesse d’ing\u00e9nierie sur le Canal du Midi.<\/p>\n
Apr\u00e8s tout cela, laissez-nous vous pr\u00e9parer un d\u00e9licieux plateau \u00e0 partager de fromages et de charcuterie que vous pourrez d\u00e9guster dans le jardin de La Calade.<\/p>\n

En ce dernier jour \u00e0 La Calade, pourquoi ne pas sortir en fanfare ? Que diriez-vous d’un voyage \u00e0 Assignan, \u00e0 seulement 15 km de Montouliers. Vous y trouverez un village enchanteur tout peint aux couleurs du vin ! Les b\u00e2timents rose vif et violet lui conf\u00e8rent une atmosph\u00e8re si chaleureuse.<\/p>\n
Pour le d\u00e9jeuner, 3 choix s’offrent \u00e0 vous : un restaurant tha\u00ef, un restaurant gastronomique \u00e9toil\u00e9 appel\u00e9 La Table et sa petite s\u0153ur La Petite Table. Quelque chose pour tout le monde.<\/p>\n

\n\nMaybe you had a long journey to get here and you can't face a lot of time back in the car - then why not have a relaxing day and stay local?\n\nWe'll pack you a delicious picnic and you head to the neighbouring village of Bize-Minervois - it's only 5 minutes in the car or a relaxing cycle through pine forests and vineyards. You can set yourself up on the banks of the river Cesse, eat your picnic, take a dip in the refreshing water and then take a stroll through the beautifully quaint village.\n\nThere is also an olive oil co-operative here if you fancy a tour to find out how olive oil is made. And don't miss Chateau Cabezac<\/a> for a spot of wine-tasting. \n\nTuesday is market day in Olonzac<\/a>. And it is one of our favourite local markets. There is a wide range of food and clothes and artisan products. And it runs through the centre of Olonzac so it's also a great place to head for lunch. There are a number of little restaurants and bistros to choose from on the main strip.\n\nNot far from Olonzac, is the Minervois namesake of Minerve. It's a stunning hilltop village, perched on the side of the incredible Gorges du Brian. It is classed as one of the 'most beautiful villages of France'. Minerve has a lot of tragic history, which you can find out about in its museum. And if you're hot after all day on your legs, you can take a dip in the river here as well - and with that view, it'll be a dip you're unlikely to forget!\n\nNow you can head back to La Calade for a glass of the wine you bought yesterday and a BBQ with all your market goodies!\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/lacalade.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/wednesday.jpg\")
\n\nSo you've been here a few days and you haven't seen the Mediterranean\u00a0 Sea yet? Why not head to Gruissan<\/a>? Just next to Narbonne is the beautiful fishermans' village of Gruissan and the neighbouring Plage des Chalets - made famous in the film Betty Blue.\n\nSpend the morning strolling around the village and visiting the stunning pink salt flats. Then head to Restaurant Les Chalets for a slightly fusion fish lunch and a nice glass of ros\u00e9 and then soak up the rays on the beach for the rest of the day! The often overlooked ancient city of B\u00e9ziers has so many wonderful features and the recently revived and renovated city centre has a feeling of the best parts of Paris - especially the caf\u00e9-lined All\u00e9e Paul Riquet. Why not start your day with a coffee here while watching the world go by.\n\nThen head through the cobbled streets, browsing the boutique shops until you get to the Cathedral Saint Nazaire - a majestic monument with panoramic views of the river Orb and its bridges and vineyards for miles.\n\nThen on to lunch canal-side at La Raffinerie where it's only a gentle stroll to see the magnificent 9 staircase locks - les Ecluses de Fons\u00e9ranes,<\/a> an incredible feat of engineering on the Canal du Midi.\n\nAfter all this why not let us prepare you a delicious sharing platter of cheese and charcuterie that you can enjoy in the garden back at La Calade.\n\n![\"perfect](\"https:\/\/lacalade.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/friday.jpg\")
